American doctor, Louis Carter, inspects the load together with his fellow doctors, anaesthetists and specialist nurses. For the last few years Dr Carter has led a team annually to provide specialist medical care at Hauna, base of Sepik Christian Ministries.

Some patients travel miles to have Dr Carter's team treat them. The specialities that Dr Carter's team bring are probably not available anywhere in the country.
